Shipping and Delivery
You’ve placed an order, and we’re excited to get your Unified Pros gear shipped to you! Our team carefully processes most orders within 1-2 business days. Your Unified Pros order will then be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and should arrive in your hands within 3-12 business days. Orders placed after 8 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Can I change my shipping address?
Made a mistake with your shipping address? No problem—contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it for you, provided the order hasn’t already shipped. Please note that if the order has shipped, we may not be able to retrieve it, so double-check your address before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! However, please be aware that international orders may experience longer delivery times. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to contact us before placing your order to ensure it will arrive on time.

How do I care for my hat?
Taking good care of your Unified Pros hat is essential for keeping it looking sharp. Care instructions can be found on the inner tag of your hat, but here are some general tips:
• Beanies: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.
• Snapbacks and Baseball Caps: Spot clean only using a mild detergent if necessary.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, we do not offer custom Unified Pros designs. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?
Yes! We currently offer wholesale options for brick-and-mortar stores. Click here to fill out our wholesale application.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Unified Pros gear makes the perfect gift! You can send an order directly to friends or family by entering their address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address. It’s that simple!
I can’t add a product to my cart.
If you’re unable to add an item to your cart, it’s likely because the product is sold out. Keep an eye on our store, as we regularly restock popular styles. Your favorite gear might be available again soon!

What’s your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.
• If you are returning an item from a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply.
Please check the product page or your order confirmation for any exclusions.
Can I return my order for a refund?
We understand that not every purchase works out, and we want to make returns easy. You can return your product for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Click here to initiate your return. Provide your order number and email, and we’ll send you a return label to ship the item back.
